Sequence of operation:

1.

Operator activates two-hand control and pneumatically clamps wheel.

2.

Operator presses start button, which pressurizes wheel to 65 pounds. Machine hydraulically intensifies clamp and raises water tank simultaneously. (Fill pressure is adjustable up to a maximum of 75psi.)

3.

Wheel then rotates 360 degrees for visual leak testing by operator. Controls allow stop and reversing of motor during visual test cycle.

4.

Upon completion of visual leak test cycle water bath tank lowers.

5.

Wheel then de-pressurizes and clamp assembly then releases wheel.
